We arrived well before our check-in time at the hotel after early morning flight. On the way from Paro Airport our guide informed them about our early arrival and they were very welcoming. They informed us the room booked for us by our travel agent was yet to be free so they made special arrangement for us and gave a temporary different room so my son could sleep and relax after a long journey. Once we woke up our room was ready and we shifted in our room. This hotel is located on a hill overlooking the Thimphu city. Taxis are easily available to visit the town centre and back. Breakfast spread is good. Somedays they have buffet breakfast and some days u can order your choice from their menu. Room service is very efficient and quick. Overall a pleasant stay experience.

Fabulous Staff And Superior Service Levels
I was here for work. internet was fast, room service was excellent and there are a range of places to eat - the dining room, the cafe or the roof top bar. The reception is staffed 24/7. They changed money and booked taxis although these were also available right outside the hotel. good advice on things to do in Thimphu. they also helped with booking etc and sourced a book I was trying to buy. The rooms were immaculate and spacious. it was my birthday whilst I was staying and the staff really went the extra mile to make me feel special and celebrated with me.
